2. Collection and storage of personal data
In order to operate and maintain the security and functionality of our website and to provide information about our services, the operator of the respective website automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. This includes your anonymised Internet Protocol address (IP address), browser and language setting, operating system, referrer URL, your Internet service provider and date/time.

Our website is hosted by Hetzner [https://www.hetzner.com/]. Hetzner offers a GDPR compliant managed hosting service.

Our website does not use cookies.

We reserve the right to check this data retrospectively if we become aware of specific indications of unlawful use. These log files are processed for 2 months. The legal basis is on the one hand the fulfilment of the contract, specifically the free provision of our website (Art 6 para 1 lit b DSGVO), in our overriding interest in the security and functionality of our website (Art 6 para 1 lit f DSGVO) and, finally, these are technically necessary for the operation of the website (§ 165 para 3 TKG).

If you contact us by telephone or email, the data you provide will be processed for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit f DSGVO. If your enquiry is aimed at concluding a contract, we process your data on the legal basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO (processing is necessary for the fulfilment of a contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject). Without this data, we cannot conclude a contract with you.

Provided there are no statutory retention obligations to the contrary, the data will be deleted after final processing of the enquiry (after 2 months at the latest). Your data will not be passed on to third parties.

3. Rights of the data subjects
Data subjects have the right to

  • Information about the stored personal data,
  • Correction of incorrect data,
  • erasure or restriction of processing, provided that there are no legal obligations to the contrary,
  • Object to processing on the grounds of legitimate interest,
  • data portability, if technically feasible.

If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. Our website contains links to external websites, in particular to social media platforms and previous works. We have no influence on their content and data protection practices. The respective operator is responsible for the processing of personal data on these external sites.
